Lil Spiffy (batch two) is a saison brewed with our friend Richard Preiss from Escarpment Laboratories. It was made with all Ontario grains, fermented with a mixed culture and aged in our Lil Spiffy oak barrels.
Bright oak, tangy pineapple, and vinous with a whiff of vanilla. Tart tropical fruit on the palate with a touch of salt and tannin that makes your mouth water. Light, fun and funky.
